Alkaline Chemicals

These chemicals are all 7.0 or higher on the pH scale.  For more information about a specific chemical, please click on it's link.

PRODUCT #91 - is an alkaline cleaner and degreaser that is USDA approved.

JC 191 C - is a heavy-duty water-based cleaner for motor degreasing, tires, etc..

JC 191 C PLUS - .is a heaver-duty water-based degreaser and neutralizer.

SHINE & SHIELD - is a highly concentrated product that reduces water spotting.

CAR WASH R - is a high sudsing product that has excellent lubricity. For car washing.

WASHMATE - is an industrial strength cleaner for use in small parts washers.

LITTLE RECIRC - is a new cleaner for use in systems where water will be reclaimed.

ANTI-FOAM - is a silicone compound for use as an anti-foam in many applications.

Acidic Chemicals

REACT1 - a hydrofluoric-based inhibited acid-cleaner.  It cleans and brightens almost any metal.

CONCRETE CLEANER - a muratic-based inhibited acid-cleaner. For concrete removal.

ARKLEAR 4063 - a flocculant used in recycle systems to help solids and dirt to settle.

PCM2 ROOF TREATMENT - Using oils, this chemical is used to protect wood surfaces.

 

PRODUCT #91 - All Pupose Cleaner

Applications: Product 91 is an alkaline cleaner that is USDA approved. This biodegradable, water-based product is highly concentrated and leaves no residue. It works well in hot or cold water, hard or soft water and also loosens dirt, grease and grime.
Advantages:
  • Biodegradable
  • Can be diluted out 80 to 1
  • Reduces inventory cost
  • Can be used as presoak

JC 191 C - Heavy Duty Degreaser

Applications: JC 191 C is a heavy duty, water-based cleaner for motor degreasing, tires, etc. It is not recommended for interiors or painted surfaces. JC 191 C is made for hard to remove stains and is stronger than the average degreaser.

Applications: Shine & Shield is a highly concentrated product that reduces wipe-down time and helps in eliminating water spotting. It can purchased in small quantities because of the concentration. Shine & Shield is a great product for car washes, truck washes, etc.

CAR WASH R - Concentrated Car Wash Liquid

Applications: Car Wash R is a high sudsing product that has excellent lubricity. It rinses and cleans well and has a pleasant fragrance. This product has penetrants to remove tough road soils and grime. It has foaming agents and lubricants to give extended life to brushes.

WASHMATE - Industrial Strength Powered Cleaner

Applications: Washmate is an industrial strength cleaner formulated to be used in small parts washers. It is non-corrosive to metals, low foaming and very effective at cutting grease and oil. A unique blend of dispersant, wetting agent and anti-redeposition agent enables parts to be rinsed freely and cleanly.

  • Low foaming
  • Non-corrosive
  • Economical powder
  • Easy rinsing
Additional Notes:
  • Feeding: It works best when dissolved in warm water prior to use. It may also be applied through automated feeding systems.
  • Dosage: All systems vary, but a starting point of 8 ounces per gallon is acceptable until adjustments can be made.

LITTLE RECIRC HD - Wash System Cleaner

Applications: Little Recirc HD is a new cleaner designed specifically for systems where water is to be reclaimed and reused for the same application. It is compatible with and will enhance the effectiveness of oil/water separators, soil settings pits and online filtration of both solid and organic materials. Little Recirc HD de-emulsifies oil and suspends soil without causing a build up of hazardous alkalinity of foaming surfactants in the system.
Advantages:
  • Effective & economical
  • Effective when used with either hard or soft water
  • Effective when used with either hot or cold water
  • Breaks oil emulsions. Decreases turbidity
  • Separates from the water during the "reclaim cycle"
  • No build-up of hazardous chemicals
  • Safe and effective after the water has been used dozen of times
  • Does not promote bacteriological growth. No phosphorous
  • Regular use will inhibit the formation of scale in the coils of hot water pressure washers.

ANTI-FOAM - Anti Foaming Agent

Applications: Anti-Foam is a silicone compound for use as an anti-foam in many industrial applications, including chemical processing, adhesive manufacture, ink manufacture, paint manufacture, resin polymerization formulating antifoam emulsions, insecticides/herbicides and wool fats, petroleum processing - gas scrubbing, glycol, vacuum tower units and food processing etc.

REACT 1 - Concentrated Metal Brightener

Applications: React1 is a hydrofluoric-based inhibited acid-cleaner. That cleans and brightens almost any metal. React1 is great for applications where metals such as aluminum are used. React1 is best used in a two-step process where a degreaser is used as a secondary chemical to stop oxidation.
Advantages:
  • It has an excellent dilution ratio of 140:1
  • Can be used in various applications

CONCRETE CLEANER - For Concrete Removal

Applications: Concrete Cleaner is a concentrated concrete remover that removes concrete from trucks and equipment. This product contain corrosion inhibitors to prevent damage. Concrete Cleaner is also great for concrete on surfaces other than flat surfaces.

PCM2 - Roof Treatment

Applications: PCM2 is an amber-colored product for preserving wood shingles, shake roofs, decks, and wooden un-painted fences. It penetrates the wood, replenishing the natural oils and helps to prevent the entrance of moisture. PCM2 checks warping, swelling, cracking and undue wear.
Advantages:
  • Protects against fungal organisms
  • One gallon covers approximately 100 to 300 feet
  • Contains penetrants, dispersants and sealers
  • Leaves wood with a natural look
Uses:
  • Preserving wood shingles
  • Preserving shake roofs
  • Preserving un-painted wood fences

Additional Notes:
  • This product is not a bactericide
  • Keep product off of all vegetation

ARKLEAR 4063 - Flocculant

Applications: Use Arklear 4063 in situations where water will be recycled or will be stored.  In recycle systems, Arklear 4063 causes solids to settle and clarifys your water.  Its use in storage tanks will keep water clear and causes solids to settle at the bottom.
