The new Power Pack Car Wash System was designed and engineered for location where space is a premium.  This entire system only takes up approximately two by eight feet of room and has the same high quality and performance that you would exprect from all our models.  Made of durable stainless steel, this system features low pressure pre-soak, tire/engine cleaner, foaming brush with high pressure rinse and wax.  The Power Pack can be ordered with optional on-board high or low pressure spot-free rinse or high-pressure pre-soak.  These two optional features may be just what you need to give you that competitive edge.  Other optional favorites are the Money Manager Car Wash Accounting System, low pressure wax, powder chemical tank and lighted function indicator lamps.

The stainless steel electrical wiring control panel houses the Money Manager Car Wash Accounting System which is an essential management tool for tracking all income from your bays, vacuums and vending machines.  All low voltage electrical connections are fused protected.  All high voltage electrical connections, motor starter and current overloads are protected with a stainless steel shield (not shown) and secured by a lock door for added protection.

The Spot-Free Rinse Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System is a very popular feature on the Power Pack.  This process reduces the total amount of dissolved solids (TDS) through ultra purification.  The high and low pressure spot-free water is sprayed on the vehicle to eliminate spotting.  This feature can produce up to 12% of your bay income.  RO water is the most cost-effective product giving you a high rate of return on investment.

The low pressure control center is built with reliable air-driven diaphragm pumps with in-line safety check valves, air and product regulators and liquid filled pressure gauges.  This insures you years of trouble-free operation.

The Pump/Motor Assembly features a CAT 310 Plunger pump, single V-belt drive, high pressure gauge, 3HP-3HP TEFC electrical motor, and belt guard (not shown).  Optional features consist of larger pumps and motors, para-plate regulators, cog belt drive or dual V-belt drive.

For added impact, the Power Pack is equipped with a full line of bay equipment which includes everything you need for your car wash.  Included in the bay equipment package are: trigger guns, 360 degree stainless steel spring booms, galvanized wand barrels, stainless steel spray tips, master menu signs, stainless steel wand holder, foaming brushes with PVC handle, 180 degree stainless steel foaming brush booms, stainless steel J-Hooks, bay hoses with swivels, stiger hoses and squeeze trigger signs.  Other available options are: pictorial bay signs, hog hair foam brushes, wand and tip protectors, long shaft booms, colored foam brush handles, mat holders.
