Our trained staff can keep your air compressor running at it's best with an AMB Tools & Equipment Maintenance Agreement.  We can come to your location and service your air compressor so you can have minimum downtime and keep your system running at its best for years to come.

Reciprocating Compressors

SERVICES INCLUDED:

1. Replace Oil (Reciprocating Compressors Only).
2. Check, Clean or Replace Air Filters.
3. Check and Adjust Cut-In and Cut-Out PSI.
4. Check Operating Temperature.
5. Check Fittings, Hoses and Piping for Leaks.
6. Wipe Down and Clean Equipment.
7. Check Motor Voltage and AMP Draw.
8. Check and Adjust Belts.
9. Check Head Unloaders.
10. Drain Water from Air Receiver, Check Auto Drain Valve.

ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSORS ONLY:

1. Replace Oil Per Hourly Schedule.
2. Replace Oil Filters Per Hourly Schedule.
3. Replace Separator Element Per Hourly Schedule.
4. Clean Air/Oil Cooler.
5. Clean Scavenge/Control Line Filter.
6. Check and Adjust Throttling Valve.
7. Check Unloading Solenoid or Pilot Valve.
