Automatic Parts Washer Maintenance Agreements

If you own a solvent-free aqueous automatic parts washer, then we have a maintenance agreement to fit your equipment and your budget.  Our technicians are factory trained and certified to service Landa parts washers.  For a few dollars a month, we can maintain your equipment on an annual, bi-annual or monthly basis, you set up the number of visits and we will call you and let you know when your time is due.  We even come to your location, so you won't have to bring your equipment to our shop.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

1. Check Oil Skimmer.
2. Test Soap Level.
3. Test Timer Count Down.
4. Check Pump AMP Draw.
5. Check Nozzle Alignment and Adjust as Necessary.
6. Check Nozzles for Damage, Wear and Debris.
7. Check Hoses and Connections for Breaks or Leaks.
8. Check Heating Element AMP Draw.
9. Inspect All Wiring for Loose Connections.
10. Check All Switches and Indicator Lights.
11. Adjust Spray Bar Alignment (if applicable).
12. Check and Clean Water Filter Element (if applicable).
13. Complete Minor Adjustments and Clean Up to Ensure Proper Operation.
14. Remove Sludge and Replace Water (Per Agreement Option).
15. Test Door Safety Switch.
16. Check and Adjust Door Switches.
17. Check and Adjust Turntable.
18. Check Contactors and Overloads.
19. Check and Set Automatic Timer Properly for Heat and Skimmer.
